- you are eligible to enter into a contract and are at least 16 years old.
- have a credit or debit card we accept and
- have authorisation to use that credit or debit card (e.g it is in your name or you have permissions to use it)
Placing your order:Once your order has been placed you should receive an acknowledgement by email to confirm receipt of your order.We will then carry out a pre-authorisation check to ensure there are sufficient funds available on the card used for payment.We will only accept your order once payment has been approved and we have debited the payment card. It is at this time when the contract is made based on the terms set and agreed.You are able to cancel but not change your order within a short period of time of ordering, this will depend on your chosen delivery methods, details of this will be confirmed in your order acknowledgement.You are unable to change your order once confirmed, you will need to either cancel your order before dispatch, or you will be required to return the original items and re-order.All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price, should there be any concerns or if you have any questions about an order, price, postage or service please don’t hesitate to contact customer services.If we identify any issues with an order placed, we will make contact with you ASAP to advise.
